Our Story:

More than 50 years ago, Carl Alexander Sr. founded Alexander Construction with a simple mission: build exceptional projects with quality craftsmanship while treating every customer with honesty, respect, and personal attention. Those values became the foundation of the company and earned the trust of homeowners throughout Northeast Ohio.

Carl Alexander Jr. proudly carried that legacy forward for many years, continuing the family's commitment to quality construction and outstanding customer service. During that time, Tim Barber worked alongside Carl for more than 20 years, gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of the business. As his responsibilities grew, Tim progressed from the field into project management and sales, helping homeowners transform their ideas into thoughtfully planned projects while overseeing their successful completion.

Scott Staudacher joined Alexander Construction with more than 25 years of experience as a Controller, providing financial leadership and business management for organizations ranging from small businesses to large companies. His experience has strengthened the company's operational and financial foundation while supporting the long-term success of Alexander Construction.

Today, as owners of Alexander Construction, Tim and Scott are honored to continue the legacy established by Carl Alexander Sr. and Carl Alexander Jr. While ownership has changed, our mission has not. We remain committed to quality workmanship, honest communication, and treating every customer with the care and respect they deserve.
