"I own several properties and have dealt with many contractors in the past and all too often there were major disappointments with shoddy workmanship or unprofessional behavior.

Carl Alexander and his crew were a most pleasant surprise. Carl runs his crew like a well oiled machine and doesn't stand for any unprofessional work or behavior from his crew or his subs. My wife and I were thrilled from the beginning of the project to the end. He has a no nonsense attitude and when he asks his crew to do something he makes sure it is done efficiently and correctly.
